Sacred Cacao Elixir
30g pure 100% cacao paste (more if you feel called — 40–50g for deeper support)
180–250ml water
Natural sweetener to taste (honey, maple syrup, rice syrup, or coconut sugar)
Warm the water in a small pot until the first steam begins to rise.
Add the cacao paste and take a few deep breaths as it melts. Whisk gently, with intention.
Once dissolved, whisk briskly, then allow the elixir to come to a rolling boil. This is where the cacao butter emulsifies with the water, creating a rich, velvety texture.
Continue boiling briefly until the drink thickens, then remove from heat.
Sweeten if desired, adjusting to your own taste.
Pour into your favourite cup. Breathe. Sip slowly, with presence.
