At O-H-M we are personally involved with local women and men's circles and have experienced great healing just through the power of these collectives, a real sense of connection to our fellow humans no matter what path has led them there, and space without judgement but with love and support has allowed us to witness real change and positive results. These spaces and organisations are organised and funded by awesome locals that want to see change not only in humanity as a collective but a change within each of us personally so we can be the best version of ourselves and live our best lives. We are so passionate about these same values that we help out in the best way we can and that is to provide beautiful healing cacao to help with the process. We have also been providing breathwork sessions recently to the men's group knowing from personal experience how powerful this modality is and to see the inner work being done by people that show up for themselves, for their families and their communities. We commend you all for showing up and we plan to be there with you helping where and when we can.
