ELEMENTAL HEALING

Whether we acknowledge it or not, we are the elements, they intertwine our very existence, we use them for connection, nourishment, warmth, tranquillity, grounding, beauty and they are connected with everything good in this world.

We breathe the oxygen in the element of AIR. Nourish our bodies with the food grown in the element of EARTH. Warm ourselves with the element of FIRE. We are made up of roughly 70% of the element of WATER and we are all individually on different levels connected to SPIRIT, however that may look for you.

I also include and maybe this is not strictly an element but a sacred tool all the same, especially in the realm of healing, the power of FREQUENCY.

The best things in life are free is maybe a cliche but it is so true and it underlines everything I love about this transformative space I have named Elemental Healing.

Not only are these methods free if utilized at their basic levels but they can help to heal, transform and shape your life if you allow them to by trusting your own medicine within! You are the Healer!

Follow your own instinct and know you're own mind! It's a Beautiful Thing!

I hope this advice from my own personal journey can help to inspire change within, to be the best version of yourself as we all deserve to be, for ourselves, our families, our communities and all we encounter on a daily basis, as these practices have the power to heal the planet, as the ripples of our own actions are seen and felt far and wide and they are not hard or expensive, it just takes a bit of time for ourselves and dedication to practices that will become a way of life if you just give them a go.

I truly believe we all have a chance of genuine happiness without the level of trauma, sickness and disease the planet is currently experiencing. I believe we can all heal ourselves, but it all starts with You, and I believe in You because You are Amazing! You are Beautiful! You are Loved! We are One! We all came from the elements, and we All return to the ELEMENTS!

The Earth, our nurturing foundation, offers us countless ways to integrate its essence into our daily healing routine. Elemental healing invites us to embrace the rich practices derived from the Earth, fostering a deep connection with nature.

Grounding, or Earthing, involves walking barefoot on grass or soil, allowing the Earth's energy to rejuvenate us.

Incorporating plant-based foods into our diet, such as vibrant fruits and vegetables, nurtures our bodies while honouring the soil that produces them.

Engaging in gardening not only connects us to the land but also promotes mindfulness and tranquillity.

Crystals and minerals, gathered from the Earth, can be utilized in meditation and other healing practices, offering various benefits that can enhance our everyday wellness routines. These natural stones are believed to carry unique vibrations and energies that can influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual states.

Spending time in natural environments, whether it’s hiking in the hills or simply sitting among trees, allows us to absorb the healing frequency of the Earth, promoting inner peace and well-being.

A good cup of tea made from herbs, spices, flowers and many varieties of different teas as well as a nice mug of Cacao are not only good for us but also very grounding too.

Air
